We invite you to challenge yourself to think about your health a little bit differently -- by looking at health more holistically and understanding the mind-body connection to a healthier lifestyle.

The Mobile Learning Lab provides an opportunity to learn how the environment and the communities we live in directly impact health status. Through the use of interactive touch screen monitors, guests can walk through the stories of several individuals who face health challenges that are impacted by social, environmental or economic factors. Each story is unique and looks at a wide cross-section of members of the community -- men, women, children, seniors and people of various ethnic and racial backgrounds.

Listen for how everyday stress, self-esteem, drinking, and weight management can lead to poor mental health and behavioral issues. CIGNA's health coaches also highlight importance of understanding your individual key "numbers" or medical indicators of health, such as blood pressure and cholesterol level.
